Cozy Neck Spa Pillow

The heating function is amazing. It heats up quickly and its C-shaped design seems good for neck pain relief. The heat temperature can be adjusted in 3 steps (blue, green, red), and the C-type cable needs to be kept connected at all times (not rechargeable). Even without using the massage function, the plastic doesn't feel uncomfortable on the neck, so it can be used as a pillow. I bought another one for my mother.

The delivery was fast. As for the product, it works wonderfully, not as I expected, but its features are much better. The only drawback is that it needs to be connected to a charger and generates high heat when the massage period is long. Other than that, it massages like chairs in shopping malls, but only in the neck area and with a medical pillow. I recommend it as a gift for the elderly.

🇰 🇷 Delivery is, Ordered on September 1st and arrived on September 4th... it came in just 4 days. 😄 I thought it was broken. I wasn't charging it before use; I was using it while plugged into the C-pin cable and charger. I am using multiple neck pillows and cervical pillows due to post-traumatic stress from a car accident, but this one is the perfect solution. Just sitting there getting a massage quietly... You can simply use it as a regular pillow without plugging in the cable.

good purchase. When buying, you should choose correctly which functions you want the pillow to have. I chose all three; the pillow heats up, vibrates, and massages. I am satisfied; it works from the cable.

The massage pillow is very pleasantly soft, vibrates and warms. This is exactly what I was hoping for.

Headphones for scale, not included. Had strong chemical smell that got stronger when it heated out of the bag, but it seems to have mostly faded with use. There's tidy zippers on the covers, memory foam underneath, but the controls and airbag are glued to the upholstery, so they can't really be removed for cleaning and best to leave the zippers untouched. The massage is strong vibration, traction is airbag inflating several times right on top of the neck rest; i find it bit sharp/uncomfortable, and as it tilts the head back don't expect to use phone at the same time. Both vibration & inflation are noisy, earbuds with calm meditative music or alpha waves helps. Overall it does what it says, though for more relaxing effect consider the one without 'traction', it use just the vibration setting, as traction can't be individually disabled.
